Children’s Books vs. Diet Books

Hello,

Welcome to my blog. I will soon have four children’s books on Amazon to make your kids laugh while learning, but for now, my blog will be about diet tips. Here’s one for this week.

COUNT CALORIES. I know counting calories is annoying, besides being time-consuming, but here is a fact. It works. If you eat more than you burn off, you will gain weight. If you eat less than you burn off, you will lose weight. It’s simple science. Counting calories used to be complicated, but now, thanks to technology, it’s not nearly as complicated as it used to be. Here’s how.

First, figure out how many calories you need for your body. Talk to your doctor or Google it. I do 1,200 and unlimited green vegetables.

Next, learn how to count calories.  You can look each food up on your phone or computer. If it comes in a box, can, or bottle, it’s on the back of the package. I’m old-school. I have a little booklet in my purse.

Try it for a week and see. Not easy, but not that hard either. Let me know how it works for you. If you want to contact me, my email address is BarbaraMcCourtneyMS@HotMail.com.

See you next week, and thanks for stopping by.

  1. I have been browsing on-line more than 3 hours nowadays, yet I never found any
    attention-grabbing article like yours. It’s
pretty price sufficient for me. In my opinion, if all website owners and bloggers made excellent
content as you probably did, the web will likely be a lot more helpful than ever before. http://tiny.cc/j8pjty
