Diet Tip Number 2: “Your Worst Enemy”

Hello. I’m Barb. Welcome to my post. I used to weigh 200 pounds. It took me years to figure out what I was doing wrong.

In my 1-minute diet video this week, I said, “Your worst enemy is ‘free food.’ ” Those are the diets that say,  “eat A, B, and C.” When you are done, you can have as much as you want of  D, E, and F. NO YOU CAN’T! WRONG! BAD IDEA! When the diet leader (usually a really skinny lady) talks about “free food,” she  adds, “Use some common sense.”

I don’t know about you, but when it comes to food and eating, I don’t have any common sense! That’s why I kept gaining weight. I love to eat!

Diets that allow “free food” often make people frustrated because they can’t seem to lose any weight. Free food might work for some people, but it doesn’t work for people like me who loves to eat.
